proper documentation. Per Company Rule we need to have Insured's signed request and proof of other coverage. On July 3rd our office received both so the request was forwarded to the main office and processed sucessfully. The client is complaining that she faxed the request prior to July 3rd and yet the date of fax which our office received, shows July 4th (our office was closed) so it shows discrepancy in her statement. It is also not true that she had problem contacting our office because few days earlier she called for a quote on a new vehicle but was very unhappy because we couldn't do it without a VIN.
