For months I tried to resolve this issue I tried to bring this business to small claims court, but was unsuccessful This was mainly because the listed address under the secretary of state website (for
Massachusetts) was outdated With multiple attempts to serve the corporation court papers and business primarily done by phone and their website, I had limited options to resolve the complaint I reached out to the *** *** to help me contact the company to resolve my issue The registered agent of the corporation then agreed to a refund which I felt was reasonable This led to the response which does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
