RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] I don't accept this response because what you are allowed to use the funds for differs greatly from state to state. For the state of Wisconsin, most of the things that I would be using the funds for is not allowed. The only representation I ever received from this attorney while he was lying out of his butt to my mother because she was paying the bills was a couple of whispers over his right shoulder to go and check out the WisPac website. Apparently, I wasn't sent to the correct part of the website, because the website is huge. I never saw anything that I am seeing in this email or what I found on my own in just the past two months. That was when I finally had the time to really research what we had rammed down our throats. It wasn't what either of us needed or wanted, but there wasn't anything I could do about it at the time, because my one job and focus was on my mother and her physical care and taking care of her financial affairs. Apparently, my main focus should have been babysitting this attorney, since his representation of me personally, only consisted of whispering over his shoulder. That is what apparently passes for representation nowadays. I also stated, on at least four separate occasions to this attorney, that I was already considering going back to work and dumping the disability checks. I was told not to do that and continue with the trust on all four occasions. Now I have to come up with at least$5000 more to hire another attorney and take this case through probate because of what this bd did in order to get my rightful inheritance back. I don't have the money to waste because I need it to live on. I was also never informed that I would be basically be paying rent twice a month to two different places whereas other people pay only one place per month. I'd be paying one third of my disability checks to the state and then paying property taxes to the city of Milwaukee, thereby leaving me with approximately$600 a month to pay for everything else. That means the checks are already gone and I have to go back to work. Problem solved and there's no longer a need for the trust fund. But I have to waste at least another$5000 to fight for what rightfully belongs to me in the first place. My mother paid a lot of money to avoid all of this and believe me, we're only just beginning this battle. I'm telling as many people as I possibly can about this.

This letter is in response to the customer concern about my business submitted on 4/21/and assigned an ID of ***. I acknowledge receipt of the customer concern and in response I state that I competently and effectively represented my client in this matterEthical rules,
however, prohibit me from discussing details of my representation, specifically the duty of confidentiality that I owe to all of my clients, living or deceased. I can state as a general matter that special needs trusts are created to help preserve the assets of people with disabilities without endangering their eligibility for public benefits. Finally, attached is a print-out from the WisPACT Supplemental Needs Guide (available on the WisPACT web site) which sets forth examples of distributions under WisPACT Trusts. I suggest that *** *** review this guide and if she has questions consult with WisPACT. Review: My phone number wasn't accepted by your system. You can request it by email if you need it. I have to explain everything again to your stupid system because I didn't enter my ssn as it said. My mom and I jointly hired this attorney to represent both of us from August through November of last year. His job was to write up an advanced directive for each of us, power of attorney for health care and finances for each of us, wills for each of us and a special needs trust fund for me The purpose of the trust fund was to protect my inheritance and so that I could continue to collect social security disability checks every month, with the understanding that I could access the money in the trust fund and use it at my discretion. Those were my mother's intentions, but that's not how things turned out. Apparently, instead of taking care of my sick and dying mother, I should have been babysitting and looking over the shoulder of our dirty, sg former attorney. I found out that I will never be able to access my inheritance unless I need to have something like a wheelchair ramp installed on the front porch. These types of things I have access to, free of charge, through the IRIS program. I'm not allowed, however, to use the money on things like food, property taxes and insurance. This is what my mom wanted me to use the money on, at my discretion. We were never told, at any time that we couldn't do this. I even offered to give up the checks and go back to work in order to keep my inheritance under my control. That is what I am already in the process of doing. My mom paid this attorney well over $5000 to. "represent" us and he didn't. I don't know now whether any of the documents that he did are still legal or even in effect. I don't have another $5000 to pay to yet another dirty sg attorney to find out. I don't know what to do now.Desired Settlement: I want every penny my mom ever paid this attorney and the state WisPak trust fund repaid to me so that I can hire an honest attorney to help me straighten out the mess created by this other attorney.
