I am responding to this complaint as the Fulfillment Warehouse that shipped the order to the customer. We are only the 3rd party fulfillment warehouse and did not handle any $$ transactions for the client. [redacted] aka Machete LA was the responsible party for processing of all refunds directly...

Customer Service Manager contacted the customer to apologize for her experience.  The customer was given full credit of her purchase.  The customer expressed her disappointment with our customer service in India.  Customer Service manager explained that we do not have agents...

in India.  The customer hung up on the Customer Service Manager.Again, the customer was refunded in full. Thank you.

Review: I purchased a privotrim on 4 July 2014 for $38.80. The Product did not fit. I spoke with [redacted] (Tech sever rep.) at [redacted] on 7/16/2014 at 1230 pm. [redacted] stated that the product would not fit my model Craftsman and needed to be returned. She gave me to customer service and after 45 minuets I was disconnected. After several phone calls and e-mail tries I never received a reply or got through again to resolve this problem.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: Advertised on TV for 19.95. I ordered 4 items. The 4 items were shipped in one package with a bulk rate postal permit. They charged me 31.80 for postage and handling. I could send product back for refund, less shipping and handling.Desired Settlement: I would like part of shipping and handling refunded.

On 08/31113 the customer ordered our gas trimmer head for $19.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling. The customer then ordered our 3 Blade Head for the separate shipping and handling charge of $7.95. A second PivoTrim gas trimmer head was ordered at a 25% savings for $14.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling along with a 100 pc bulk pack of heavy duty line for $9.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling, and an extra hardware kit to install the 3 Blade Head for just $1.95.

The customer placed this order through our live operating system. All of the prices of the items and the shipping and handling are discussed during this ordering process.

This customer has not contacted our Customer Service department since the order was made. The customer may return the product however, it is less the shipping and handling. If the customer would like to return the product, they will have to contact our Customer Service department to set up the return. The refund would be $46.80.

Review: Ordered the Pivotrim advertised on tv as being $19.95 plus free line for life and free 3 blade kit etc. ended up instead of $19.95 pls s&h for $27.97 came to ov er $70...called them and they gave a song and dance, cancelled the order, very false ad you pay extra for all that FREE stuff they advertise! Very upset but did cancal and waiting for verification of same...pls tell them they are false advertising on tv! Thanks! (this is an attachment for ones weedeater to cut borders with)Desired Settlement: Just think Revdex.com needs to be aware of this false ad on tv, getting the old bait and switch and telling us it if FREE this and FREE that and it is NOT so!

Review: There are several issues involved in this,complaint. First, I ordered the Pivotrim on 6/18/14 and had to listen to the whole recording(which tried to keep adding more items to my order). When we finally got to the end, we were told by the automated voice that we would be charged $43.80! The price was supposed to be $19.95 plus shipping but we Never anticipated the bill would be that much. We phoned back to inquire about the price but again only got the automated recording...couldn't get a REAL person! So we thought we'd have to wait until the package arrived so we could get a hold of a real person. My wife even went online to try to contact them but couldn't get a website that could help us , other than show us it was processed. We received the package yesterday on 6/23/14 but am VERY UPSET about the fact it came addressed to WRONG name! It came addressed to my SON, even though I gave MY name using MY phone and ordered with MY credit card! I immediately phoned the Pivotrim company and asked HOW they got our son's name? He doesn't live here and never has lived at this address. The company representative (a woman I didn't get her name) but she couldn't give me an answer other than maybe it was his phone. NO! We have a home phone that we've had for years and it's NEVER been in anyone else's name. I am very concerned that they used his name and we don't have an answer as to WHY?! We don't appreciate it and want ANSWERS as to HOW and WHY they were able to get his name. That is a privacy issue and yet it was all thru MY info that I gave them. I NEVER mentioned our son or his name. He is a professional doctor so I want to know,the facts! Also, the ad on tv NEVER said that you have to have a certain trimmer for it to fit to work. It won't work on my trimmer. So I asked what do I do? The lady told me to return it . However, I told her I'm NOT paying the shipping fee t o do it. Also the shipping fee was the whole problem with the total cost of the trimmer. That's why it cost so much! The shipping was more than twice the original price of the trimmer. I want my money back and I'm not going to pay shipping costs. Above all else I want this privacy issue explained to my satisfaction. Someone , somewhere is responsible! In this day and age you have to be careful with people's info. We don't want to have to take any further action so please get us answers. By the way the money DID come out of OUR account and not our son's. Thank you for your help in this matter.Desired Settlement: We want full refund including shipping PLUS free shipping to return product. ABOVE ALL ELSE, we want the privacy issue with our son's name as the customer and everything was through MY phone and MY credit card..We want ANSWERS to our satisfaction. They need to address the issue of what trimmers will work with this product also. Make people aware of HOW much the shipping will cost and make available to the public a REAL person to talk to when you order. Thank you for your help.
