Complaint[redacted] Nelson has de-frauded me of $400 for a [redacted] that I purchased from him. He has not provided proof of shipment despite my numerous email inquiries, and refuses to answer his telephone. Sorry for being a bit anxious but would like a little piece of mind.[redacted] reply: Tracking please?[redacted]'s reply: I looked everywhere for the slip from the shipping label I printed but wasn't able to find it. I stopped at the shipping store but they said they have no way to pull it up because al I did was drop it off there. I remember that it is supposed to be delivered by Thursday, Nov **th so let me know when you get it. I would expect it by Friday, Nov 15th at the latest. Thanks, [redacted] reply: Thanks. I will let you know when it arrives, but please put yourself in my shoes... it's a little stressful sending a $400 cashiers check across the country and not hearing back, especially after requesting the tracking number via multiple emails and even calling a few times. I called[redacted] and they say that there is nothing in their system from you, your address, the[redacted] store, or to my delivery address.If you say that you printed it out, there should be some type of numbers on the electronic receipt. If I print something and ship it, I can log into [redacted] or [redacted] and see the tracking number.So what exactly are we to do now? Did you scam and de-fraud me? Did you even ship it via[redacted]? Its been more than a week since you said that you shipped it. -[redacted] reply: Ok, two things....first I am aware of the day of the week. I got in late last night and this has been my first opportunity to answer emails. Second, do not make threats against me about things getting real.Now onto the pressing issue of what is going on with the shipment. You will not find anything with my return address because I used yours for both the to and from address. This is common practice and has never failed me before. The shipment also did not originate from [redacted]. I shipped it on my way home from work and will have to check tomorrow to see what they consider the town. I will stop there again (3rd time) and see what more I can gain from them.If I am unable to get resolution by the end of the week I will send you a refund. Now if that does not ease your mind then I don't know what more I can do for you.
