I drove hour's on 4/4/to buy a passat from them I was told every used car was inspected for any problem's I was in hurry to drive home so didn't really have time to check it out But at home the next day I didHalf the light bulbs were blown Serpentine belt was dry cracked bad The tire's looked okay but at 55mph the whole car shook and to top it off went to get new tire's and the wheel lock key was missing so no new tire's Also I wouldn't let the detail department clean my boxer's A quick *** job was doneDon't buy from this place
Absolutely horrible car sales business. I purchased a brand new 2015 CRV in March, it does not meet the mechanical satisfaction of a new vehicle, I have complained and then tried to "trade" the vehicle for another one, but Honda of Cleveland will NOT give me a fair trade in value matching ANY Blue book values and it is THEIRS, BRAND NEW... Honda of Cleveland is not a fair practicing facility. I purchased all extra warranties available, and they would not even consider a fair trade. This is POOR business...if you have a sold a brand new vehicle with ALL extra warranties and 7 months later will not offer what a competitor will for trade in value, you are not suitable for loyal consumers!
