Absolutely horrible car sales business I purchased a brand new CRV in March, it does not meet the mechanical satisfaction of a new vehicle, I have complained and then tried to "trade" the vehicle for another one, but Honda of Cleveland will NOT give me a fair trade in value matching ANY Blue book values and it is THEIRS, BRAND NEWHonda of Cleveland is not a fair practicing facility I purchased all extra warranties available, and they would not even consider a fair tradeThis is POOR business...if you have a sold a brand new vehicle with ALL extra warranties and months later will not offer what a competitor will for trade in value, you are not suitable for loyal consumers!
