I am rejecting this response because:I and my partner were verbally told by [redacted] that since the prior company who claimed to have corrected leak did exactly what he did that he would return if leak re-occured.My partner and [redacted] played phone tag for several weeks when we determined that the system was cooling and at first he indicated to ***, my partner that he would schedule time to come and look atAfter continuing to attempt to setup a time, he called and ended up leaving a voicemail on ***s phone (which can be provided) stating that he would not have time to come and look at and that he wanted to refer us to a buddy who he thought could help usHe also indicated that this individual would be better suited because he felt the whole system would need to be replaced which completely contradicted his certainty when he repaired leak and recharged systemClearly if he felt this way then I highly doubt there was a leak that was fixed?If you look at the attached texts you will see that he offered to refund me my money and then started to threaten meI would prefer to resolve with Revdex.com as I will be filing a claim against his contractors license next

I am rejecting this response because:Written warranties in small claims court may be trumped in court if you verbally implied otherwiseBoth my partner and I undoubtedly would testify under oath or take lie detector tests to prove that you made clear that you would return if the system leaked againAgain, when you were contacted and came to our building, we made clear that the prior HVAC person claimed they charged and no leak and it took many months to stop working again and lose its chargeThis was told to youTherefore I simply expected you to be a person who fulfilled your verbal promise of returning if the charge did not holdClearly I have learned my lesson on making sure to read the fine print of any contract.The newest HVAC person who came out has recharged the system right after our text and did not make us pay anything for 1st visits and has returned more times to check charge which is holdingHe ended up charging us $and agreed to come to check charge and if charge is lost within the next months he will fixHe definitely disagreed with you that the system needs replacing in any respect and he believes that system was improperly charged by you and this is why it was not workingIn regards to your claim of extortion, I simply disagreeIf a company offered to make right, in this case offering me back my money then it is to agree not to make my dissatisfaction publicIt did not need to be monetary but you seemed to indicate such buy asking if I wanted my money backAs the professional service provider, you could have called me to discuss, you could have offered to come back and look at system, you could have offered a portion of the money back, but instead you chose to attack me the consumer and threaten to contact the city to see if my HVAC system is permitted and claim I was extorting youYour professionalism is extremely lacking for someone who claims to go above and beyond for his customers
