To Whom It May Concern,This is my second response to this complaint.  I was the President of Christopher's Maintenance Corp. and by reading this fraudulent complaint it seems as though this consumer is coming at me personally.  This company no longer exist first of all and this consumer has sued every company that has worked for her.  Yes she did take CMC to small claims court and the maximum she could of received would be 3,000 dollars but she in fact was granted 6500 dollars for work that CMC did not perform.  All CMC performed was lay plastic on the surface of her yard and glued it to her foundation so that the plastic would stay in place.  She hired CMC also to oversee another companies work because they had her crying and CMC had performed other work for this person on other occasions and there were never any problems.  I eyewitnessed her ways of dealing with other companies, never did I think she would turn on CMC.This consumer has dragged CMC's reputation through the mud and so far has gotten away with it.  CMC has never received any money that she owes the company but she doesn't state that and she isn't telling the truth because another company(who she probably fears) are the ones who did the work she talks about.  Again all CMC did was laid down plastic and glued it to the foundation using foundation tar so that another company could come down and lay stone over top.  She had major plumbing work done and there was a county inspector there also.  This woman talks about law abiding citizens, well she isn't one of them.  I am sorry but we did not cause her problems and this consumer knows it.  I do hope that Revdex.com does its job and investigates this consumer.   Sincerely,Christopher E [redacted], SrFormer President of CMCChristopehr's Maintenance Corp.
