My name is *** *** and the owner of Quest Managed Healthcare ConsultantsWe are a medical consulting company that specialize in opening home healthcare, medical clinics as well as other various medical agenciesI have been established since and have over years of experience in the medical health care industryI have helped many agencies get Licensed through state health agenciesWe always strive to give good customer services as well as work with owners in being successfulI’m proud to say that we have 100% track record in helping our clients get licensed in the area they choose to get licensed in
Although we are successful in helping our clients get licensed as a healthcare agency through the state, we CAN NOT guarantee every agencies successWe do offer “Assistance” in helping each owner to be successful through information on how to market their new business servicesHowever, each owner must be able to get out into the community, health care industry, networking events in order for others to know of their servicesWe explain that we can open the business and get them licensed as we did with *** *** ***, but it’s up the owners to get the new clientsWe can not be held responsible for a new agency failing to get new business just because they have a business license
Our contractual obligation to each client is clearly spelled out in each contractOur obligation is to get the agency Licensed through the state, policies and procedures for operating the business, “assisting” with marketing materials and running the business formsWe do not get each business clients nor guarantee its successThis is each owners individual endeavor to make the business successful
I have attached:
1. Advertisement that Mrs*** spoke of which shows an example of potential incomeThe advertisement is factual and not misleading
2. The signed contract stating the services I will be providing that we both signedIt does not say I will show her how to budget, structure or run her businessIt also explains my refund policy in the last paragraph of the contract
3. Work order outlining the services I will be providing and the payment arrangementIt also shows my refund policy in the bottom of the work order
4. The Licensure from the State of Texas Department of Aging & disability Services showing ”*** *** ***” as a Texas licensed agency
5. A work order that was prepared to acquire a Medicaid Number for her businessweeks after working on the Medicaid number her husband called asking for a refund because he did not want to put more money in the businessShe late disclosed to me that he was upset because she was not making moneyOut of kindness I gave them half of the oney back although I had a “No Refund” policyI have attached the refund work order along with the transaction Id number via Paypal
6. Copy of Secretary of State of Texas showing the legally established business “*** *** ***” on ***
I called Mrs*** and she explained to me things she felt she thought she was going to receive but didn’tfor instance budgeting, payroll…etcI told her we can only go by what in her contract and not on things she feel like she should be receiving
