I was seen in the emergency room in March, They entered my address wrong so my first statement was mailed to the wrong address I received a phone call from their business office seeking payment of the amount that my BCBSOK did not pay After correcting the address and I was informed of the owed amount of $ Once I received my statement I set up an online account and "immediately" paid $on April I no more paid this amount that I received another phone call on around the 30th April or 1st May about my bill I stated I paid the $ Then on the 20th of May I received another phone call from the business office about the remaining balance, I explained that I was driving and could not talk Once I was stopped I logged on and authorized a $payment Less than minutes ago they (business office) phoned me AGAIN This time they informed me I need to pay $a month not $in order to set up a payment plan I mean, this s outrageous! I gave great credit, because I pay my bills, to be harassed like this, especially from a supposedly caring hospital is beyond anything I would have expected from them This needs to stop!

I am rejecting this response because: The business has failed to follow up with me regarding this matter, as promised, in the attached response by Mrs*** Obviously I am still getting the runaround which is unfortunately, particularly from a faith based organization that one would expect to exhibit a higher level of ethics and integrity than other establishmentsI left a voicemail for Mrs***, indicating that I need a final resolution to this matter and plan on taking this matter to higher authority, including the local media, if necessaryIf you are able to assist me further, please let me knowAt this point, I am not confident they will help me at this point without carrying this complaint out further

I was seen in the emergency room in March, 2016. They entered my address wrong so my first statement was mailed to the wrong address. I received a phone call from their business office seeking payment of the amount that my BCBSOK did not pay. After correcting the address and I was informed of the owed amount of $1165.00. Once I received my statement I set up an online account and "immediately" paid $500.00 on 27 April. I no more paid this amount that I received another phone call on around the 30th April or 1st May about my bill. I stated I paid the $500.00. Then on the 20th of May I received another phone call from the business office about the remaining balance, I explained that I was driving and could not talk. Once I was stopped I logged on and authorized a $50.00 payment. Less than 30 minutes ago they (business office) phoned me AGAIN. This time they informed me I need to pay $60.00 a month not $50.00 in order to set up a payment plan. I mean, this s outrageous! I gave great credit, because I pay my bills, to be harassed like this, especially from a supposedly caring hospital is beyond anything I would have expected from them. This needs to stop!
