I am SO GLAD I did! After explaining my situation to their salesman, he recommended that I have a service call first because he said that my furnace was not actually very old and likely just needed maintenance and that he would hate to sell us something we didn't need (!) The technician that came to our house was really friendly and politeIt only took him about an hour and a half to do a full maintenanceHe bothered to teach us how to use our thermostat correctly and how to change the filters ourselves
I am so pleased with the amazing service we received from Foster's and will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family!
We scheduled an appointment of a time block of 9-12 and was told they would call to give a closer window. By 3:00 P.M. I called and asked where the repair person was only to be told every technician is out on "emergency" calls due to the heat wave. I asked the woman why is one persons emergency to have air conditioning more important than the next and I have waited for my appointment plus my sons room is reaching over 100 F. She said the best she could do was have me wait 2 more days for another appointment. I will not wait.
