Call Christus First
I kept getting calls from trla and wasn't even 30 days late yet. When I had $300 after about 45 days I called christus First and they had not distributed a $300 payment correctly. I ended up paying only $80. After speaking with Christus they corrected my account. What is the deal with trla. Hounding for money and the statements are not correct. Stop hounding people who are not late yet.

Sent: Tuesday, September 06, 2016 11:37 AM Subject: Response to Complaint - ID [redacted] This is in response to Revdex.com Complaint ID# [redacted] related to a billing/collection issue. The concern by the complainant regarding billing notices are inaccurate. Our billing protocols allow for initial billing on...

behalf of CHRISTUS St. Vincent as an extension of the business office. These notices are not from a “collection” agency. If there is no positive outcome from the initial collection activity then the account is referred to the “collection agency” for continued collections. I see that there are two accounts for this complainant and for one account there was a monthly payment being made which, appears no agreed upon payment terms to secure the account. On the other account there was no payment or payment plan established initially and the account flowed through to collection. After the initial notice of a balance due we attempt to link all related accounts for guarantor billing so that patients are not receiving multiple statements. As for the ability to verify balances via our automated systems, that functionality is available via our IVR systems, however we are working on improving our web based system to allow visibility to current account balance. We record 100% of calls and there was one call in July 2016 for this client that upon review we found was handled based upon guideline. It is our desire to provide the most effective and courteous customer service so we are also going to reach out to Mrs. [redacted] to review current account balances and work to establish a payment plan that will secure the account and prevent collection notices as long as the payment terms are adhered to. In response to Revdex.com complaint #11881030 our office reflects that the concern was resolved on December 21, 2016. Initially upon contacting the office there was an agreement for settlement that was made and the payment was processed based upon that settlement agreement. There was a variance of $100 in...

what was communicated initially. On December 21st the total payment of $1129.71 was refunded per Mrs. Schmoker's request and she resumed her monthly payment plan for the remaining balance.
