8,2016,am sorry to hear that one of our customers was not satisfied with our serviceOn our first trip, November 2,2016, the furnace burners were coming off and on, we found water in a pressure switch hose that was causing this problemWe drained water from the hose, cleaned the frame sensor and ran the furnace through several cycles to find that the furnace was working properlyNo parts needed replaced at this timeThe customer was charged our rate port to portOn November 7,we returned after the customer called again to say the furnace was not workingThis time we found the furnace working erraticallyWe wired out the pressure switch and found it defectiveServiceman located, picked up and installed new OEM part and furnace fired properlyWe also found a stink bug in the condensate hose that we also removedUnfortunately this can happen if a furnace is working erratically- We do not replace parts if a furnace is working properly at the time of our visitIn addition, we cannot guarantee parts or a furnace that our company did not installI did contact the customer and explained our charges and why we can not guarantee parts that we did not replaceAt this time the customer did not mention anything regarding the charges for the first visit or the serviceman being rude to hen We feel our charges were fair for the work performedSincerely, Joseph ** *** President

The furnace was working erratically the first time also same symptoms as second time. Kept coming on and off( sometimes would stay on,) so when serviceman left the first time it could of been temporarily working like I said sometimes it would stay on Like I said weather was warm next few days so furnace would not of come on for me to notice right away if it was properly fixed first time. When I did notice it, when weather got cold again it was doing exact same thing as first time, acting erraticallyso furnace was not fixed first time and I should not of been charged for a furnace that was not fixedI was sure company would not charge me again to fix it right and gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them again feeling certain they would rectify the situationI can understand if I had to pay for a part, but to charge Me for labor again was wrongIf I would of know this I would of called someone elseThank you for your time *** ***

We drained water from the hose, cleaned the frame sensor and ran the furnace through several cycles to find that the furnace was working properly. No parts needed replaced at this time. The customer was charged our normal rate port to port. On November 7,2016 we returned after the customer called again to say the furnace was not working. This time we found the furnace working erratically. We wired out the pressure switch and found it defective. Serviceman located, picked up and installed new OEM part and furnace fired properly. We also found a stink bug in the condensate hose that we also removed. Unfortunately this can happen if a furnace is working erratically- We do not replace parts if a furnace is working properly at the time of our visit. In addition, we cannot guarantee parts or a furnace that our company did not install. I did contact the customer and explained our charges and why we can not guarantee parts that we did not replace. At this time the customer did not mention anything regarding the charges for the first visit or the serviceman being rude to hen We feel our charges were fair for the work performed.
