Lessee had an unpaid balance of $when last lease payment of $was assessed on 11/1/totaling $This balance was not fees related to the return of the vehiclePer the contract, there is a disposition fee of $to return the vehicle which was assessed on 1/25/but
deducted from the security deposit of $which was applied the same dayThe new balance on the account after applying disposition fee and security deposit was $While there was a balance on the account before time of return, Chrome Capital did not report the account as past dueA notice of deficiency was mailed to the lessee on 1/30/for the balance of $with the opportunity to make arrangements prior to 2/14/to avoid credit impactOn 11/9/2017, lessee was advised of unpaid balance via phone conversation when lessee stated he was looking for financing to purchase the bike before his maturity date on 11/29/Lessee was attempted for contact via phone and email on 11/21/as a follow up to last phone conversationIn the email sent to lessee, it was stated that there was an unpaid balance of $that needed to be taken care of before maturity dateHad the remaining amount of his lease obligation payments been met before his maturity date, lessee would have received a refund of his security deposit of $Mail correspondence was also sent to the lessee prior to the maturity of the lease on 11/29/

I am rejecting this response because:I have been told several times that Chrome Capital made sure the comment was removed from mine and my husband's credit reports, but as you can see from the attached pictures, it still says, "transferred to recovery" on our reports with Equifax. This has affected our credit scores and subsequently interest rates on auto loans and credit cards. I want to ensure that once it is removed, it will stay removed this time since we already had this issue resolved and then this showed back up.
