The item [redacted] was displayed on the website as a two piece seat in the title and short description. The image of the item was also of a two piece seat. In the description of the product it does mention a 3 piece seat and has been corrected. The customer is more than welcome to return the item...

for a full refund, and we wish the customer would have taken advantage of the discount when it was available. We are unable to offer the 3 piece seat at the price of the two piece seat price at this time. 
 
After talking to the customer on the phone we question the customers motive because the title, short description, and picture all state the correct seat. At the bottom there was a generic description that mentioned the 3 piece seat and we have corrected our mistake. We feel the customer is trying to take advantage of the situation.

There was a delay in shipping. The order shipped out on the 8/15/2014 and a email was sent to the customer at 8/16/2014 10:45 am with the UPS tracking number.

We have no record of the customer contacting us about this order from 2 months ago. We have also tried to reach out the customer multiple times but the customer hasn't called us back. 
At this time we are unable to refund the order because the order was delivered to the address provided.

Review: I purchased a Rockford R1-HD4-9813 Prime 160 Watt 4-Channel Motorcycle System from this company via the Amazon Marketplace. Once I received the item and installed it according to the manufacturer's directions, it worked fine until it got wet. The amplifier and speakers began emitting high -pitched whining/squealing noises. I contacted the seller regarding these issues and was informed that they had contacted [redacted] and [redacted] would be handling the warranty claim. I then contacted [redacted] who said they would not warranty the item because the seller was not an authorized dealer of [redacted] equipment. I then requested a refund from the seller, who summarily refused my request with no reason other than "product is outside of return policy guidelines." The product clearly states it has a 1 year warranty. I have tried to handle this via Amazon and [redacted], but have not had any reasonable responses. [redacted] will not warranty the item because of the reasons stated, and Amazon will not help resolve my case because the seller disputes my claim, which has left me with no other recourse than filing a complaint and, pending the outcome here, filing a legal claim against the seller.Desired Settlement: Due to having no warranty on any replacement from this company as they are not authorized dealers of [redacted] equipment, I request a full refund of my purchase price of $308.74.

Review: I ordered a product from this company on Sat. the 29th of August. I waited for this product to be shipped until Wednesday the 2nd. I never received any correspondence from this company, so I checked my PayPal account to see that they cancelled the order. I purchased a hypocharger for my motorcycle that was listed on sale for $2.00 each, I ordered 2 of them. This was a super good deal! I think that I should have been contacted if there was a problem with this order. I wasn't!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Even if there was a mistake on the pricing of this item, and because I was never contacted regarding this order, I now demand that the order be fulfilled.

Review: The company had a windshield advertised for .95 cents on their website, I put the item in my cart and purchased and paid for the item plus shipping, the total came to $8.24. That same night I received an email thanking me for my order. The next day when I went to see if the item had shipped the website said my order was cancelled. I contacted the email address from the website and began talking with them asking them why my order was cancelled, they informed me that that price was incorrect and that they would not honor that price.Desired Settlement: I wold like to have the item I purchased at the price it was advertised

Review: On 7/30/14 I ordered an item from this company, on 731/14 I received an e-mail stating that the item had been shipped but got no tracking number. On 8/1/14 my bank account was drafted for the item. I e-mailed them on 8/7/14 and again on 8/11/14 concerning this. I have not received the item nor have I been contacted concerning this issueDesired Settlement: I would like this done as soon as possible so I can order the same item from a different company that I have used before and always had great results

We purchased a motorcycle seat this company listed through E bay for $420.00 on March 23, 2014. Received confirmation for sale and payment from E bay and PayPal. The following business day we received a Cancellation of the order through E bay, and a refund receipt through PayPal. We also received an email directly from the company with an invoice for $500.00 for the exact same product. After contacting E bay, and starting an investigation with them they were unable to find out why the transaction was cancelled. Finally contacted the company and was told they are not selling it for that price. This company violated many E bay policies and just conducted bad business. I would recommend everyone steer clear of this company

Review: I purchased a national cycle 2 up windshield on 4/16/15 for a price of $0.95. I was emailed a confirmation number with all the details. They were suppose to email me when product shipped. Never received one. A week later I emailed them to ask why it hasnt shipped and got a reply that the order was cancelled and I should have been emailed as to why.I never rreceived an email about a cancellation until I had to contact them. They said there was an advertising error and price should have been $245.95 and there was no way they would honor that price. Now I understand there probably was a mistake made on part of an employee but they failedto notify me about the mmistake until I reached out to them. I feel they could have offered A discount especially because of the way I was treated. I emailed again without any reply from them. I said that knowing I need to buy additional parts for the windshield that they would make up any loss they would accrue on the additional parts but did not hear back. Review: I purchased a Motorcycle seat for just over $400 dollars. In the description of the motorcycle seat on the web site, it clearly says "Sold as a complete three-piece set including solo, passenger seat and removable driver backrest." I have screen shots of this, etc, in case they change it. My motorcycle seat showed up with two pieces. Just the driver and passenger seat, no backrest. When I called the company on it, they offered me the seat with the backrest at a "discount." He offered it to me for $634 dollars, while I was staring at it on his web site, and that product was priced at $578. So then he paused, and said, okay, I can offer it to you for $578. It was very clear in the product description that the item I ordered had a drivers backrest, and I read the description over and over again for months before I finally pulled the trigger, and the drivers back rest is what convinced me to.Desired Settlement: I want my seat with a drivers backrest for the price I paid. Not $634, not $578. I want the 3 piece seat set with driver backrest for $406.95, as was promised in the description.
