The "Complainer" had a industry leading service guarantee on his vintage Fender amplifierUnbeknownst to ChromeDomeAudio, he chose to seek out service work apparently at a closer location to himThis action was well within his rights as a free American, however he voided his warranty with
ChromeDomeAudio and has no reasonable expectation for compensation by ChromeDomeAudio.
If the individual wanted ChromeDomeAudio to be responsible for anything in any wayHe would have had to have what ever, if anything completed by ChromeDome.
And for the recordNo one guarantee's vintage guitar amplifiers for years after overhauls but my operationDay in and day out I fix problems that existed when equipment left the factory all the to a self inflicted wound caused by the hippie who owns the thing,
This complaint department, otherwise known as the Revdex.com is in no way a realistic representation of the reputation my company, ChromeDomeAudio, LLC has with the music community.
The Revdex.com should drug test these people before wasting anymore of my timeI truly believe this is the last time I shall humor such absurd claims and stories.

Dropped off a broken amp to get looked atFirst impression was that the place looks like a junk yardHad an opportunity to see the "work area" and it was in just as much disarrayThe tech discovered a failed part on my amp but I had to contact him two weeks later to find out what was going onThe tech never made an effort to contact meIt was always me trying to get answersMy amp was there for over a month and I finally called to see what the status wasThe tech said a part was to be delivered that very day (how coincidental!) but he wouldn't get to install it for a whileI gave up and retrieved the amp after a $chargeThe tech's comment at one point was "after a customer calls me times asking how it's going they usually give up and come get their stuff"Wow! This place is run more like a hobby than a business

Has the company addressed the issues of this dispute?  No; I have not received a refund of any kind.
If not, why?  The company has refused to refund me, stating that I was given one option and took it; I'm not sure what their response even means.
Has the company met the agreement they outlined in their response?  No; in fact, ChromeDomeAudio is threatening to bill me if I take any more of their time.  The fact of the matter is, ChromeDomeAudio had possession of an amp that I perform professionally with for over 4 months and returned it to me in an unusable state. They were negligent in packing it correctly, which resulted in over $500 worth of damage and accepted NO responsibility for their negligence.  I spent my time fixing the bent chassis and transformer and was not happy with the company's workmanship with regards to the modifications performed. The fact that ChromeDomeAudio is threatening to charge me more is laughable.  I sent ChromeDomeAudio a working amp, they returned the amp damaged the first time and unusable the second time.  I have paid ChromeDomeAudio $360 for modifications, spent over $100 in shipping fees and have nothing to show for it.  I cannot use the amp in its current state and it's going to cost me more money to have a local amp repair man correct the shoddy workmanship, reinstall the heavy duty input jacks, install the missing tubes and bias the amp.  I have been patient, more than flexible and feel that I am entitled to some kind of refund to offset my further expenses.  I have pictures of the amp before and after and have documented this awful experience from beginning to end.  I am standing my ground until I receive a refund for my loss and / or ChromeDome Audio has an official Revdex.com complaint posted for all to see. NO ONE deserves this kind of treatment.
