Chronicles is a scam! days after moving in they tacked what they call a "preventative maintenance" fee of $a monthThats $a yearThe "preventative maintenance" consisted of a guy going through the house and checking things off a listThats an annual"preventative maintenance" inspectionThe gutter cleaning is supposed to be included in this but I had to complain for months to get them cleaned, and when they did finally clean them they left a giant mess in the yardAfter months the rent went up an additional$not including the "preventative maintenance" feeThe lights in the house flashed and that was never fixed properlyAfter moving out they tried to charge me $for cleaning the houseI have a long list of documentation of the shape the house was in when we moved and there was nowhere near $worth of workThis company is a complete and total scam

I rented the property *** from this company for one and a half yearsmaintenance was okay in their response time and somewhat courteousNo real big complaints or kudos to the company over all until the move outWe were sent an email saying our move out inspection would be at noon minutes later nothing until the agent showed up to show the house and had no clue about any walkout inspectionShe told us the employee that does these would be back in town Saturday, I asked her to have them call me for the walkout so I may be present as Ive found it helps avoid confusion with inspection sheets filled out by someone else over a year agowe receive a check in the mail and a list of damages in an excessive amount when I called repeatably no answer just an email laterupon email the 100$ clean oven charge was removed it was clean at this point I wonder if they even did an inspection or if they just have a list they send to everyone and just hope they don't know their tenant rightshalf of these charges were submitted without proof at allWe have requested this as they sent a photo of a couple hairs in a cabinet and said it was dirty and we would be charged 25$ for itoverall an okay company but if the deposit is more then 100$ steer away otherwise they'll try to make off with all of it
