These people are lying, unethical crooks! My husband and I went in looking for a used vehicle with a specific budgetWasted hours of our time with our year old only to be lied to about the price of the vehicleNot to mention, a low ball offer for our carThankfully we were wise enough not to buy from them!!! Word of mouth travels super fast people, DO NOT BUY FROM these crooks!!!

There is not enough room here to give a thorough review There were so many bad things that happened and can only be properly told in detail but I will try to give brief review
My sales experience was a mixture of knowledgeable and nice to down right bold face lying and badly trained young salesperson to multiple people involved in the sales process
Dealership adds an absorbent amount onto the new vehicles for an exterior paint treatment that only costs a few dollars, as per one of the salespersons I dealt with They say you cannot buy the car without the extra $charge I was told the treatment was added to the vehicle before it gets to the dealership so there's no way you can not get it Again, I was told that that was not true and that they did it at that dealership when the cars came in and that it only cost a few dollars
The finance manager added $1,to our finance agreement for an extended warranty that we did not ask for and $for the exterior treatment after we were told we would not have to pay for the exterior treatment When we questioned the finance guy about the charges he said the salesperson told him to put it in the agreement The finance guy tried to slide right past these charges when going over the figures but we caught it and stopped him We made him take the extended warranty charge off and then he asked if he could leave the $in and he would give us an interior treatment We agreed to that just to get out When the salesperson asked him about the $the finance guy told him we asked for it NOT TRUE!
There are other things but not enough room here
After all we went through we have never heard from the dealer or any of it's managers I have emailed the customer service girl and she was supposedly giving copies to the manager and dealer but they don't care and feel that reviews like this will not hurt them

Neither my husband or I would ever recommend buying a car from Columbia Dodge Jeep and Ram. They lied to our faces on multiple occasions regarding the sale of our new truck. They were also extremely difficult to work with when it came time to installing the aftermarket products we purchased at the time of sale.
