I have not brought the car back in because it would have cost $just for you to diagnose itI would like the business to talk with me and to buy the car back from meI am up to date on my loan paymentsThey can have what I paid into itI would like to have my deposit back

I have checked with all of our stores and we haven't had the Jeep Liberty in for anything since she bought the vehicleCould we find out if she has had us look at it? Thanks Rich

In response to Miss ***'s complaint, she did purchase the jeep wrangler on the day she states she signed some papersMiss [redacted] took full delivery of the vehicle and in good faith we allowed her to take the paperwork home to her mom and pay the down payment on the next Friday per her requestShe then came back to the dealership that Thursday and stated something was wrong with the jeep so at that time we had the service department do a full inspection and found nothing wrong, but did up date some codes that the manufacture suggested be updatedNote nothing that would make the jeep turn off as Miss [redacted] has statedWhen she returned that Friday Miss [redacted] did not have the full down payment and had me talk to her father, I did speak with her dad who stated he himself was in the car industry in another stateAfter explaining everything to him he asked to talk to Miss [redacted] he then explained to her that she bought the jeep I then told her if she didn't want the jeep I had no problem letting her out of the deal but she would have to pay for the brakes and tires we put on her trade in She then called her aunt and had me talk to her, I explained everything to her and she agreed to pay part of the service bill since Miss [redacted] did not have $that the bill was so her aunt paid $of it for her While talking to her aunt she told me that Miss [redacted] did the same thing to Mathews Ford and she had to pay them for service done to her trade in alsoI then got a call from her mother who I had to hang up on after being coursed at and called very bad namesI then told Miss [redacted] I had no problem talking to her mother if she would speak to me with out the language, at that time Miss [redacted] cussed me out and then pulled off the lot in her trade in and had paid the bill for the work doneThat next Monday her mother called me and apologized for the langue she used and asked if I could help Miss [redacted] in any way get some of her money back and stated she has no money to pay bills Well my question was how did she ever plan to pay the down payment for the jeep she bought if she didn't ever have the moneyI believe she just wanted to drive the wrangler for a while and had no concern with anything else Thank You

We unintentionally sent him to a bankWe were looking at his deal to see if we could do any better for him and before closing his deal out we sent him inWe were also looking at a completely different deal and meant to send it inWe have contact Mr [redacted] and apologized to himWe also have contacted the credit bureau companies to help get that pulled off for himThey informed us it will take several weeks to clear it upWe would of told Mr [redacted] but he told us he was contacting his lawyer and we have a company policy to stop talking to a customer if they say that

We have attempted to contact the customer several times and have not received a response from the customer We would like to speak with the customer and work out a resolution for the problem

This issue is being resolved. We spoke with the customer and agreed to replace the wheel for the customer. Thank you, Jeff Drennen Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram

In response to Miss [redacted]'s complaint, she did purchase the jeep wrangler on the day she states she signed some papers. then came back to the dealership that Thursday and stated something was wrong with the jeep so at that time we had the service department do a full inspection and found nothing wrong, but did up date some codes that the manufacture suggested be updated. Note nothing that would make the jeep turn off as Miss [redacted] has stated. When she returned that Friday Miss [redacted] did not have the full down payment and had me talk to her father, I did speak with her dad who stated he himself was in the car industry in another state. After explaining everything to him he asked to talk to Miss [redacted] he then explained to her that she bought the jeep.  I then told her if she didn't want the jeep I had no problem letting her out of the deal but she would have to pay for the brakes and tires we put on her trade in.  She then called her aunt and had me talk to her, I explained everything to her and she agreed to pay part of the service bill since Miss [redacted] did not have $990.00 that the bill was so her aunt paid $180.00 of it for her.  While talking to her aunt she told me that Miss [redacted] did the same thing to Mathews Ford and she had to pay them for service done to her trade in also. I then got a call from her mother who I had to hang up on after being coursed at and called very bad names. I then told Miss [redacted] I had no problem talking to her mother if she would speak to me with out the language, at that time Miss [redacted] cussed me out and then pulled off the lot in her trade in and had paid the bill for the work done. That next Monday her mother called me and apologized for the langue she used and asked if I could help Miss [redacted] in any way get some of her money back and stated she has no money to pay bills . Well my question was how did she ever plan to pay the down payment for the jeep she bought if she didn't ever have the money. I believe she just wanted to drive the wrangler for a while and had no concern with anything else.  Thank You

To whom it may concern; We have attempted to contact the customer, we have not received a return phone call.  The repairs on the vehicle were performed by an independent body shop, not by our dealership.  We took the vehicle to the body shop for the customer and paid the body shop for the...

customer, but we did not perform the repairs.  We would like to get the customer in contact with the body shop that performed the repairs.Thank you,

contacted the credit bureau companies to help get that pulled off for him. They informed us it will take several weeks to clear it up. We would of told Mr. [redacted] but he told us he was contacting his lawyer and we have a company policy to stop talking to a customer if they say that.

We spoke with customer to let her know how to contact Chrysler. We were not the dealership back into to look at. So we weren't the dealership that looked at and suggested the work to her car.

I have not brought the car back in because it would have cost $110 just for you to diagnose it. I would like the business to talk with me and to buy the car back from me. I am up to date on my loan payments. They can have what I paid into it. I would like to have my deposit back.

I paid the dealership to have repairs done.  Whether they choose to do the work at the dealership or outsource it to another body shop is their discretion.  It is still the responsibility of the dealership to make sure the repair is done correctly.  If I had dealt with the body shop I would be taking up this issue with them, but I didn't.  In fact I don't even know what shop they had do the repair.  I am attaching a copy of the sales agreement to prove that I paid Jeff Drennen Chrysler for this repair.

We have spoke to the customer and she said she didn't want to go anywhere with her complaint. So we dropped it.

I have checked with all 3 of our stores and we haven't had the 2009 Jeep Liberty in for anything since she bought the vehicle. Could we find out if she has had us look at it? Thanks Rich
