I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I am glad they finally accepted what the vehicle actually was, but I have not received any information on the warranty and have been back and fourth to the dealership several times for the warranty, to have my car repaired as the caused more damaged to the vehicle when they were first repairing itI was told multiple times that ** *** was going to personal call me and never did and I was told the only reason I would get the warranty was by taking done my bad reviewWhich I feel is nonrelavent to the situation as I have had multiple bad experiences their not just that one time with the warranty but with the service and body department as well

I confirmed with [redacted], General Manager, that he spoke with Mr. [redacted] this morning and this situation has been resolved to Mr. [redacted]'s satisfaction.
Ms. [redacted] is our Finance Director. She reviewed Ms. [redacted]'s purchase file which contains the properly executed documentation authorizing the purchase of the warranty. Ms. [redacted] will contact Ms. [redacted] in the next 24 hours and facilitate the cancellation of the warranty.
