As I mentioned in my previous letter, we cannot properly diagnose the cause of the vibration without the customer bringing the vehicle back to us. I would like to do this in order to identify the vibration Mr. [redacted] speaks of.  All of the items we replaced, with the exception of the rear pinion seal, was contributing to a shaking or vibration in the vehicle. The front brakes which the customer did not choose to replace my be causing the concern as this vehicle, we were told, sits for long periods of time. Once we see the vehicle again, we will be able to give a better answer of his vibration.
A refund of any type as Mr. [redacted] is seeking, is out of the question.

CHS does acknowledge that it refilled Customer's heating oil fuel tank at the Customer's request in November, 2014. CHS stands by its position statement sent to the Customer on July 10, 2015. CHS regrets that the client's heating fuel tank...

failed. CHS has performed its own review, and we also have information from this Customer's home insurer. All the information points to tank corrosion as the culprit, and not over-pressurization or any error on the part of CHS or our driver. Please let us know any further questions or concerns. CHS has been in contact with this Customer and we continue to be at the Revdex.com's disposal. Kind Regards.

The following is the response to Certified Transmission ! never was I told about a front Caliber or dirty brake fluid  2. I never was asked to bring the Truck back to them ,I told [redacted] that I would bring it back to have the Owner ride with me and ask [redacted] to have him call me to set up a test drive ( no Phone call returned ). 3 I never said or even implied that I would stop payment on the bill . The bill was paid in full at the time of pickup and is still according to my credit card statement has been paid in full .The fact  still exist is that my truck is not fixed [redacted] never said that it wasn't fixed when I picked it up , that tells me that the manager [redacted]  did not test drive the truck to double check his employees work !!  and paid the bill in good faith I am still asking for my Labor cost back I have no problem paying for parts that were put in my truck The fact is  that the labor they put forth was not to fix the problem with the truck but to replace parts because the tech was wrong in his diagnoses of the problem that the truck was brought to them for .
