every couple years.  Mr [redacted] payed for and picked up his new lenses on 3/6/17 during a very busy clinic. It was noted that he has called but the doctor was unable to return his call that day. The next morning, 3/7/17, she called Mr. [redacted] who stated to her that the lenses weren’t working and he paid for them.  He wanted to know what to do and didn’t want to continue to pay for new lenses.  Dr [redacted] reminded him that these special lenses can be fixed and tweaked by the manufacturer until the prescription feels good to him – at no additional charge.
