email correspondences was sent to Deborah, who happened to be out of town over a long weekend,
and did not receive it until the next Monday. At that time, she did return his email. The homeowner
stated that he just wanted it fixed. At that point, we needed to charge for the work.

discussed in any of our email correspondence.
Therefore, it is not out of line for us to charge $300 for materials, shipping and handling, and $200 for
labor. We cannot purchase the small amount of siding needed because our supplier doesn't stock this
material, so we would have to purchase a full carton, which is 200 square feet.
