Chubb Insurance Company agreed to cover my claim after their insured hit me. I was not at fault. I am very disappointed and having to take legal action since they are not fulfilling my requested loss in value that my GMC truck sustained when I was rear ended by their insured. This has been a huge headache and hassle and has taken a lot more of my time to get Chubb to do what they are legally bound to do. Never in my life have I had to deal with a more difficult insurance company especially when I am not at fault. As a business owner I always try and be respectful of the process but I would highly discourage anyone from working with them. Not only am I taking legal action on Chubb but their insured client as well. That being said, anyone who is thinking about signing on with Chubb... RUN!

Chubb Insurance acknowledged and addressed the damages to Mr.’ truck and his rental as a result of this claim.
An additional element of damages is still pending as no agreement has been reached with Mr.. We are currently negotiating this piece of the claim.

I had shoulder surgery to repair a rotator cuff in july. I had filled the paperwork on the website thinking that it will be more faster. Since there they have been charging me the premiums. I waited the 14 day elimination period now I am being told that I have to wait an additional 7-10 days for review. Only to call customer service and inquire about my status only to be told to submit more and. more paperwork. The agents normally taking the calls don't really know or the systems are not updated frequently. Now I am almost two months into it have to forgo going to the doctor because of non payment. I request to speak with a manager no ome answers the phone asked to speak to adjuster he is never there. But in the in the interim they do not hesitate to continue to charge the premiums. I believe this company is nothing more than a ponzi scheme. Please stay away.

Company DOES NOT CARE that their client has inconvenienced me. I am an Uber/Lyft driver and I can't just drive any car, yet they think it's okay to comp cars that are of a lower quality than mine so they can rip me off. I can't find a car like mine for what they're offering me and I might not be able to continue doing my job if I can't find one. Chubb is willing to pay my insurances deductible of over $1,000 if I decide to go with mine, but if I stay with Chubb's claim, they're not willing to tack on an extra $400 to pay my sales tax. Just because it's not required they pay sales tax in Texas, doesn't mean it's okay that they don't. I wasn't planning on buying a new car any time soon and I shouldn't have to fork out the sales tax from my own pocket to cover it for a new car since the accident was not my fault. TOTAL SCAM. I understand that the name of the game is to get claims settled for as little money as possible, but the more of my time and theirs that they waste, the more money it costs everyone. IS. Avoid dealing with this company AT ALL COSTS. Go through your own insurance right away. They have taken their measly time getting back to me (don't call or reply to emails.... I ALWAYS have to call and harass them to get them to talk to me), keep claiming they are not getting my emails, keep making threats to try and scare me into accepting their pathetic and completely UNFAIR settlement offer. It's been 3 weeks since the incident and this could have all been resolved already had their employees not been dicking around and actually acted professionally and fairly. They have straight up refused to cooperate with me , have lied over several things and this is still NOT SETTLED. One of the adjusters actually had the *** to claim I was putting words in her mouth after I literally repeated back to her exactly what she said to me seconds before. They also had the *** to claim "that's the risk I take" when buying a car. EXCUSE ME, BUT IT'S NOT MY RISK IF SOMEONE ELSE CAUSED THE ACCIDENT. THAT IS WHAT INSURANCE IS FOR.

My daughter's car was backed into while parked by someone she knew who admitted blame. His Mother also admitted to me that her son was at fault and that they would rather pay out of pocket for the damage because she has two teenage drivers and she did not want to file another claim. She requested that I get two quotes and she would give us a check to fix the damage. I did what she requested and after receiving two quotes, both at about $3300, she said she would then file a claim with her insurance company which is Chubb. She claimed they are very good and she would give me her information. I waited for over a week and never heard from her, so I filed the claim myself, only to find out that the Father had called them and denied the claim. Really? I have texts of the son admitting blame as well as a message from the Mother admitting blame. Also I have text from the son saying he, "had to deny it?" I raised my daughter to do the right thing. This is so dishonest and wrong. Watch your back with this company!
