Hello, We did provide a tracking number and did state that the order would be delivered by Friday, 7/I am sorry but these items are hand casted and assembled and do require time to do so

Insurance is a option at the time of check outIt is a box that can be clicked during the check out processThis is a standard option on our website

[There was never no mention about insurance until now. I think my package was never shipped or shipped to the wrong address. You would have thought with all phone calls I made that would have been mentioned. Even Jessie who works works there emailed me it was cancelled and then the next day it ships?? I think someone is covering up something.]
