The Customer purchased a brand new car from us in The car was sold with the Ford Factory Warranty like any other Ford productThe fact that the customer is in need of an expensive repair is unfortunate, and we are happy to perform the repair per Fords repair instructions, however with over 100,miles currently on the car, the repair cost would be the responsibility of the customerWe have performed many of the clutch pack repairs, and PCM updates per Fords instructions over the years on similar modelsThis repair that is needed is simply not covered by Fords warranty with the current mileage, and at 100,or more the cost repairs are going to be the responsibility of the customer
