Absolutely horribleWe went in to experience the party package for my daughter turning I expressed my concerns to the manager who did not really seem to careAfter our discussion the manager hid in the back to avoid any further conversation with me, and would send his employees for any further discussions that had to take placeSince the terms of the party package were not fulfilled entirely and the service was awful I filed a dispute with my credit card company with the break down of the package and what was and what was not fulfilledThe receiver of the complaint lied on their response and stated that I never brought the concern up to managementNot only does this establishment provide terrible service, but they appear to be liars as well
-Superhero Cap & Mask, Princess Cape and Tiara or Chuck ET-shirt for your birthday star -fulfilled
-hours of reserved table space Area was filled with non-party guest who interfered with our own activitiesThe manager said that nothing stops other guest from joining the reserved areasThe hostess asked us to leave the area minutes before our time slot was up, we were in the middle of opening presents and pictures
-Ticket Blaster experience for the Birthday Star with a change to catch the Magic Ticket I am not even sure if this took place, I was speaking with a very un-empathetic manager who was explaining to me that there is nothing special about the party package and that I could have just gotten pizza and charged the stage during the birthday show like everyone else
-Star recognition in our Birthday show Star recognition was not given due to other non-party guests in the areaAll of the guests were on the same platform/location during the showDefinitely not "star treatment" for the birthday guest
-Superhero or Princess Table top photo cutout - Fulfilled
-tokens for the Birthday child Tokens in this batch was shortI had to ask the hostess for a correct amount of tokens

-Free refills for soft drinks - Multiple soda streams were out of service and dispensing diluted soda

-Party host/hostess -Hostess clearly did not want to be thereShe was very slow to react to our needsManagement was not any betterI spoke with a member of the management team for ten minutes regarding how unpleased we wereAfter that discussion he was nowhere to be found

I spent on one large pizza, kids drinks, and salad barsThe ranch dressing was rotten, so we were unable to eat our saladsI slipped on the floor in front of the salad bar due to a puddle of pop, and hurt my legI told the managerWe saw our pizza sitting in the Pizza window for at least minutes, and nobody bothered to bring it to us being the workers were too busy walking past it, so I went and picked up our pizza myself from the windowThe pizza was lukewarm at bestFinally a gentleman came to take our number off of the table about minutes later, because he was confused as to why we had a pizza on our table and the number was still sitting on our tableI finally took my grandson over to play games, and at least 25% of the machines were broken and took out tokens that I paid for, and none of the tokens were given back to replace our lost tokensI had a conversation with the manager there, and his response to me was, "I respect your opinion ma'am, I'm sorry about that"Mind you - I showed the manager everything that I was upset over, and he honestly just did not care The bottom line is that this place is going downhill terriblyThere were only a few customers in thereIt wasn't busy at all! It was filthy in thereI loved this place as a child, and the manger could only say "I respect your opinion ma'am, and ma'am- I'm sorry they have gone up on their prices times in the last year"The workers hated their jobs, and it was so sadWe had several kids coming up to us asking if we would give them our tokensIt was downright a total waste of time and moneyI want to be fully refunded!

Review: I have scheduled my daughter's 3rd birthday party o this location on Saturday, December 14th 2013 from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm. As I have visited this location in the past for other birthday parties, so I was expecting same kind of service to me, so I choose this location cause my daughter wants to celebrate her birthday party here. But my surprise I did not receive same service as I had seen so far and also I was seeing that at that same time they are giving service to other parties going on but they totally ignored my daughter birthday party. There was main attraction for Chucke and that Chucke did not even came to our table, when I talk to [redacted] about this then they were trying to giving me about other perks but my daughter was totally unhappy with this and even some of guest also raised objection on this. Chuck e cheese totally ruined my daughter's birthday and we were very disappointed cause there was no personal attendant who talk to any of our invited gust children or do some birthday song or do some kind of enjoyment with the birthday girl. They did not had even idea who is birthday kid. I would like to have proper action on this matter and want my money refund and other compensation.Desired Settlement: Business should have same attention to individual party. They should not have discrimination among people. I strongly oppose the service provided to me today as I am still disappointed and see my daughter not having even lauded with chucke.

Review: I booked a Party at Chuck E. Cheese for 3/29/14 and it was running a free promotion for 1000 free tokens. In my confirmation email states that I will receive 1,000 free tokens. The next day at around 6:00pm, I received an email from Chuck E. Cheese stating that the made a mistake and it should say 1,000 free tickets not tokens. So basically, they are not trying to honor the original confirmation that they gave me. At this point it's too late to cancel the party and I don't think that I should pay for their mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like the 1,000 tokens that I was promised in my confirmation email.
