November 3,Dear *** ***,We have completed our investigation of *** *** ***'s complaint and respectfully deny her request for a refund.Our investigation does reveal that our Kid Check policy was not followed in this instanceA report of this incident was escalated to

Thank you for making us aware of the service issue We have refunded the patient's purchase and contacted the daughter (who filed the complaint) directly We are currently investigating the specifics but clearly this was a service failure and, as we told the patient's daughter, we would never want any patient to have this type of experience We have very high internal standards that are reflected in the vast majority of both internal (our patient) surveys and social media reviews (Yelp, Google+) so obviously this will be addressed and used as a training opportunityWhile we can't undo the past we can learn and grow from it We also offered to further follow up by telephone with the daughter if she desires.Again thank you for bringing this matter to our attention DrKerry P***
