I am rejecting this response because: I am now in touch with the states attorney's office. I want to know how I can file an online Revdex.com complaint against CEC, so I can assure this does not happen to anyone else.

Review: We had our daughter's 5th bday party here (9/7/14) and everything was fine. We were leaving the restaurant at 6:45 p.m. when the girl at the door grabs my daughter's back and lets her leave with the family in front of us??!! I said, "Excuse me, that is my daughter you just let leave with another family"? Her response was, "She is with that group"!! NO, she is NOT, I yelled, she is with ME!! She's MINE!! I said, isn't this what your MOTO ?- ALL kids are safe and NEVER leave without being checked??!!! She just looked at me and said - she is with that group!! I said, "Are you not hearing me"?! She is NOT with that group!! I made her check my arm and my daughter's ....to her surprise, she does after all belong to me and MY GROUP!! All of the parents there stood in amazement of her relentless attitude!!! This is after I spent 400 dollars there and have 15 kids in her party plus parents!!! I will never go there again nor the LARGE group I was with!!!Desired Settlement: If not all of my money - HALF!!

A report of this incident was escalated to management and the matter has been addressed internally.As a token of our regret, we offered [redacted]a Guest Pass with an invitation to come back to Chuck E.
