I contacted several local paving companies for a quote on a new drivewayChuck Humphreyville Paving was one who returned my callBelieve it or not there are paving contractors with good ratings who wouldn't even return my calls after more than one attempt to contact themI'm sure they get very busy but a simple phone call takes only a minute When Chuck called back we set a time for him to come take some measurements and talk over the projectI was able to have a very nice conversation with Chuck and tell him what my expectations wereHe answered all my questions to my satisfactionHe called me a couple days before to let me know when they would be doing the drivewayI was in and out the day the driveway was done and was impressed with the efficiency of the crewThe driveway looks very goodI have waited about a year to do a review to see if there would be any unexpected issues with the drivewayIt still looks like the day it was installed and I expect it will look great for many years

I have called four times, each time told someone would call me back to set a time for estimateThe four calls were done in the month of June it is now July and still no calls I will take my business to a company that cares enough to call back

Chuck Humphreville Paving paved my driveway toward the end of last summer, the driveway was done within one day which was great and it look great The next few days I noticed pieces of rubber and some round stones(trash) in the blacktop I call Chuck back and he was aware that the belt and the mill broke and piece of rubber were in the mix but he thought they pulled it all out, so he said he will be back around to fix itI called him about time last summer/early fall to fix the issue and he said he would be right out to fix it, well here it is the next summer months later and about 10-calls later and he has yet to call me back after leaving messages with his office, they keep telling me they are aware and remember the driveway and that Chuck will call me back but I haven't heard from him yet Paving season has started and I thought I would get a call and/or be the first driveway he comes by to fix but like I have stated before, I haven't heard from him

Absolutely Outstanding Work! Chuck made it a point to get back to me during busy season and personally came by to quote Within a few weeks he was able to get me in His crew works like a well oiled machine, everyone doing their part I can not believe how quickly everything progressed The grade came out better than ever and it looks flawless It is also unbelievably thick, which is a good thing I was home sick while the job was being done The windows were open and I could hear the guys talking while waiting for the asphalt to arriveno one said they wanted to go home, couldn’t wait to leave, etcall they talked about the whole time was how to do the job the right way and the best they can Truly blown away by the work in all aspects (quality, timeliness, communication, and also very fair priced) I would absolutely use Chuck and his crew again if needed
