I chose a preowned Toyota Avalon I paid cash but still had to do lots of paperwork After I had completed everything and was on the way out of the door to take possession Bill W***, the preowned car manager, handed me a key I asked where the spare key was and he said that was all they had Today I had a second key made and it cost $ I sent several e mails and letters to them asking about a second but they did nothing I felt like they should have disclosed the fact that there was only one key to me and either given me a deal taking into account that there was no spare key or had one made for me I will never do business with them again and will never recommend them I will have all my service work done elsewhere
