After [redacted] did work to several rooms we have no water to our backyard. Our toilet is leaking, they didn't complete the job after being paid.Auto Owners Insurance Co requested I find a company to do repairs in regards to claims for water damage on behalf of my mother who owns the house. I reside in the property. [redacted] came in and got the mold and such out of the house and began redoing the house. During this time, they left all the doors open and allowed my animal to escape my house which resulted in serious injuries to our smaller dog by our larger dog who needed to remain separated. [redacted] did supply us with a faucet which he said cost about half of what our $300+ vet bill was. Then a worker of his put the hot and cold water on the wrong parts of the washer so I had to correct that myself. The same worker washed latex paint and grout down a shower drain causing clogs which a plumber supposedly fixed. The one bedroom they worked on they painted before they had all the trim on so I have unpainted trim in some areas of the bedroom because they didnt wait until after to paint and never finished painting. The washer suffered damage to the bottom of it from when a worker of his was very roughly moving throughout several rooms of my home before ultimately installing it again and we realized after a short time that we had water damage underneath where they had just installed new tile. We contacted [redacted] he had a worker come out and he claimed that it wasnt his fault. Our water heater was leaking and so he replaced it and I paid out of pocket for the water heater to be replaced but it appears as though the water heater he replaced it with is smaller than the one we had originally. We have not had water to our backyard since they began work. It has been 6 months since he has done any work on our home and we still have yet to have anyone come out and restore water to our backyard despite several attempts to contact him and him telling us someone will be out yet its been months and still no one has showed nor have we heard anything about anyone being set to come out. I also contacted him in regards to the toilet where he again said someone would come out and have yet to see anyone and it has already been at least a month. Im still unaware of the extent of that damage from the toilet leak that they installed and the sealant on the bottom of the toilet isnt even sealing anything. The tub they installed has cracks in the sealant and the faucet is loose and the sealant they used is loose. The grout they used they never cleaned off so I have a bunch of rough floors from the grout not being cleaned off. The plumbing pipes have no covers or sealants from where they come out of the floor at. They never cleaned the tubs or showers after they reinstalled them so they were extremely dirty and stained, The one shower/tub combo is disgustingly dirty and stained and backs up with a slight amount of water still as a result of the materials an employee of his washed down the drain. The outlet covers were never put back on, and our master shower/tub still has drawing marks and attempts at erasing that they did when marking where the shower head will go that they never washed off. The painting in the bathroom was never completed either. Basically after the insurance company and I paid him he never came back out to do the finishing touches to the house and still has not returned water to our backyard and claims not responsibility for the damage done to our washer machine and our floor underneath as a result of the washer leaking. Also our toilet leaking has still not been addressed. I have attempted to contact him several times and even sent him pictures of what I was referring to in regards to the toilet. I have not heard from him since October. He began working for us in July and stopped working for us in October of 2014 where he was paid in full by the insurance company and myself for the water heater. At that point he said they would come back and clean up and what not. None of that happened obviously.Desired SettlementWe are seeking repair of our toilet and any damage done as a result of the leaking toilet. Restoration of water to our backyard, a replacement washer for the one that was damaged and fixing the damage done to area of the floor underneath that occurred as a result of the leaking. Finish painting the bedroom trim to match the rest of the room and finish painting the master bathroom trim. Clean up the shower in the spare bathroom and remove whatever is causing slight water backup in the drain. Reseal the toilet and tub and secure the faucet. Basically we would like the work done properly and completely and any water damage fixed and a replacement washer that does not leak (super capacity like the one we currently have) for the one they damaged. Our water heater is smaller but its already installed and dont want to go through the headache of that again. [redacted] was very friendly and we enjoyed working with him however the work his workers have done was unsatisfactory at best. Roof repair its leaking , they redid the entire things last year 30yr warranty We had our whole roof repaired last may with 30yr warranty shingles, it has now leaked four times and every time we call they refuse to answer or call us back. The first time it started leaking was six months after we had the whole roof redid, they sent a guy out sealed the skylight and that was it. Now it has leaked in our house ruining our ceiling four more times and they will not answer our calls or come fix the problem. We paid 4460$for a new roof and it's only been 10 months and it's leaking throughout our house. Not only will he not answer our calls but he also has failed to drop our receipt off from when we paid him in full with cash the day they did our roof. He texted us saying he would drop it off in or mailbox months ago but still has not. We paid good money for a new roof so our house wouldn't be leaking and now the way it's going we will have to have another in a year. It leaks Everytime it rains! Please help ! My husband calls everyday and leaves voicemails he has even went to the place of business and nothing. It has now been two weeks since out fan above our toilet started leaking and he has not once picked up the phone to call us back.Desired SettlementI just want my roof fixed the right way, I want it where it's not going to leak and it will last 30 years like its suspose to, if they can't send people to do the job right then give us or money so we can give it to a business that will repair it. We don't have this kind of money laying around. We saved specifically to have a new roof put on So we wouldn't have to worry for years to come after we bought the house and now it's leaking again after we had the whole thing a redone!
