Chuck Towing

Horrible, unprofessional experienceContracted through our insurance for a roadside assistance pickup of a vehicle that could not driveminutes late, past the scheduled arrival time(A total of almost hours)
Did not provide any updates to that delay and was rude on the phone when queried about the delayArrived with a SUV and front wheel tow dolly , because the flatbed was "tied upWhich is inappropriate given the described reason for needing a towHad us help try to push the car the load it after manipulating the gears even though he was told not to in order to prevent further damageLeft the disabled vehicle blocking the driveway once he decided it couldn't be loaded on that incorrect tow equipment

We have had several confrontations with Chuck's towing and have finally had to call the Police to keep him off our property. He runs the most shady business I have ever come in contact with and would not let him tow ANYTHING for me! I urge people to not use him and put a stop to businesses that run under the radar like his. He has no regard for his customers or the businesses he tows to!
