Thank you for the opportunity to address the continuing concerns raised by *** *** oncomplaint ID #***Mr*** appears to have one fact incorrectWe did not tell him that histransmission was four quarts low we told him it was threeWe added three to bring the fluid level to thetop of the optimal operating range which is supported by the documentation that was included in ourresponseHis transmission could, and did operate while three quarts low because he drove the vehiclehereAt the time we inspected it we found it to be three quarts low.As previously stated, the air conditioning system on Mr***'s motor home was very low at the timewe inspected itWe did not find the source of the leak at the timeThe reason for refilling the systemwith refrigerant and dye is so the system could operate and the dye would be forced out of it andremain at the source of the leak which would give a visual reference to find the leak

things I didn't bring up in my claim now seem glaringLike when Dennis told me my transmission needed quarts of fluid to bring in to the full levelWell the transmission wouldn't shift needing that much fluidI have driven the motor home across country and haven't added one drop of transmission fluidMy point is that I don't trust a word they sayLike the brakesThe ac wouldn't have been able to be evacuated if it had such a leak as statedEverything they have said is all not trueI will now seek justice with the attorney generals office of the state of WashingtonAnd am not sure if the state has a bureau of automotive repairsBut will contact whatever office necessary to get justiceI'm not looking for an adjustment now but a full refundI can't trust anything they say or say the found wrong when a simple thing like a fluid check is fabricated so I could be charged for four quarts of transmission fluids.
