Chuck’s Custom Concrete did an excellent job installing my new patio and stairsSeveral weeks have passed since the install and my new patio looks great I have not experienced any cracks or other issues with my new concrete I did not have to wait long to get an estimate and the estimate was reasonable The entire project was completed in two days as promised The majority of the old patio and stairs were torn out on day one The crew had to finish early due to rain The second day included finishing the remaining patio removal, prepping the site for the new concrete, and pouring and finishing the patio and stairs What I liked most about the company is that they were very efficient, professional, and paid close attention to detail One worker came early both days to prep the site so that the rest of the team could get to work immediately when they arrived Chuck was very knowledgeable and good at explaining what work would be completed The entire site was cleaned i.e., back yard, front yard, area where trucks were parked on the street No evidence of the team was left on the siteI am very pleased with my new patio and it upgraded the look of my backyard
