Chuck's Sandjacking

I am rejecting this response because:
The warranty expired because it expired during winterNothing can be done during the
winterTheir lack of project completion resulted in damage to my propertyChuck was made aware in AprilHe agreed to come fix the job that was not completedAfter months, Chuck refused to do the jobResulting in me having to find someone elseHe is responsible for the job not being completeHe will be summoned in court if he does not fix the problem and he will pay for the damages associated with all aspects of the unfinished job

Unfortunately the issue that he has brought to this complaint does not fall under the warranty that has expired We are unable to do anything further.Thank you
