Thank you for the opportunity to address the continuing concerns raised by [redacted] oncomplaint ID #[redacted]. Mr. [redacted] appears to have one fact incorrect. We did not tell him that histransmission was four quarts low we told him it was three. We added three to bring the fluid level to thetop of the optimal operating range which is supported by the documentation that was included in ourresponse. His transmission could, and did operate while three quarts low because he drove the vehiclehere. At the time we inspected it we found it to be three quarts low.As previously stated, the air conditioning system on Mr. [redacted]'s motor home was very low at the timewe inspected it. We did not find the source of the leak at the time. The reason for refilling the systemwith refrigerant and dye is so the system could operate and the dye would be forced out of it andremain at the source of the leak which would give a visual reference to find the leak

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sent: Thursday, August 25, 2016 7:00 PM Subject: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.comI can see the people are disputing my claim. I have thought about my experience with chucksService center and other...

things I didn't bring up in my claim now seem glaring. Like when Dennis told me my transmission needed 4 quarts of fluid to bring in to the full level. Well the transmission wouldn't shift needing that much fluid. I have driven the motor home across country and haven't added one drop of transmission fluid. My point is that I don't trust a word they say. Like the brakes. The ac wouldn't have been able to be evacuated if it had such a leak as stated. Everything they have said is all not true. I will now seek justice with the attorney generals office of the state of Washington. And am not sure if the state has a bureau of automotive repairs. But will contact whatever office necessary to get justice. I'm not looking for an adjustment now but a full refund. I can't trust anything they say or say the found wrong when a simple thing like a fluid check is fabricated so I could be charged for four quarts of transmission fluids. Sent from my iPhone
