I closed on my new home on March 3rd and we discovered the hot water heater wasn't working properly on the second dayWe had prior to, purchased a year of [redacted] during closing and they referred us to Elite Renovations as a contractor for the job under the warranty of the water heater [redacted] assured me that Elite Renovations would call me asap to setup a time to come by and get this fixed for usThey never called and my Fiancé had to call them to schedule the service (they also lied and tried to say they tried me but no one answeredMy phone records clearly show otherwise.) The day of the service, the office secretary called me minutes before the time we had scheduled for to tell me that the technician would be running about minutes lateNo big deal and I complied as I was home for the night anywaysAn hour after the scheduled time and the technician still hadn't arrived to my homeI called Elite Renovations office to ask about the technician and was answered with extreme hostility and rudeness by the office secretaryShe told me he would "be there when he could be there." hours past my schedule time, the technician finally showed up and he was just as, if not more rude than the secretary from the officeHe never introduced himself, seemed annoyed that we were needing the job done and even had the audacity to call [redacted] in front of me because he didn't believe me that we actually had the Home warranty insuranceHe also was very short in answering any of my questions and wouldn't give me a straight answer on anythingHe also rudely snapped at me that our water heater was too small for our family size and that he couldn't do much to give us hot waterAll in all he charged us $to drain the hot water heater and replace a hoseThe hot water still doesn't last any longer than minutes and I feel very taken advantage of by such an unprofessional and rude companyI will never again use this company and if they had other places to review I would warn others not to EVER use them for any jobsCustomer service goes a long way and I received absolutely NONE-ZERO from Elite Renovations
