I am rejecting this response because: Chuck's Marine performed a $144 Water Test of the boat. It ran poorly and the steering was too tight. They should have corrected these issues before sending me on my way for a summer of boating. I have a long history with having Chuck's Marine make my boat perfect on an annual basis. Their customer service and mechanical work on my boat this year were unacceptable. It is clear from [redacted] receipt's that they corrected the oversight's of Chuck's Marine.

In reference to the complaint filed by [redacted], I would like to say that we went above and beyond to try and solve the problem for him. We have, over a period of time, replaced all of the steering components. Many of the replacements were done at my expense. The steering has...
improved as much as it can be improved. We even lake tested the boat to make sure it was working correctly under a load.
