ID [redacted] Customer came into our business on 5/18/Told mechanic that car has had problems with overheating and that she had taken it to tijuana to attempt to fix the problem in the past but the car continued to give her problems We offered a diagnostic to as the overheating problem, diagnostic showed a problem with the fans Car fans were replaced and was given a warranty on work done on car About a week later customer called again that her car started to overheat again , mechanic asked her to bring car into the shop for another diagnosticCar fans were working but diagnostic showed another problem with car, customer was given diagnostic results and car was fixed according to diagnostic and was given warranty for all work done With used cars one problem can sometimes stem to many other problems, we do our best to fix the root of the problem that the diagnostic provide and at the best possible priceIn regards to complaint about the customer service provided over phone, we have never had an issue or complaint of this sortWe have served our community since with reasonable pricing and have maintained a respectable creditability with all our customers We understand this Review: Brought my vehicle in for overheating problem on 5/18/2014, was told my vehicle would get put on a diagnostic to pin point the problems, apparently the fans where not working properly and $118.00 would cost me to get the problem fixed and had 30 day warranty (diagnostic & labor) took my vehicle home, didn't run it all weekend, on Monday morning while driving to work the vehicle started to overheat again!, called Mr. [redacted] told him the problem still persisted! was advised by Mr. [redacted] to bring back my vehicle, on 5/22/2014 took my vehicle back, was told that the fans were working fine, that it needed to be diagnosed again! and that would cost me $49 again! asked Mr. [redacted] why was getting charged twice for a diagnostic, if it had already been done shouldn't he know exactly what the issue was! said that was for something else, that this time it was a different problem and that would cost me another $110.00 unbelievable! went ahead and got whatever it needed done, however, on that same day the vehicle continued to overheat! Called him once again to let him know, and instead yelled at me on the phone! and said he had fixed it! have not called him back since.Desired Settlement: My problem is that now I'm out 228.00 dollars and cannot afford to take it to any other place, my wish is to get a full refund so that my vehicle gets fixed properly by a professional & to please make others aware that this man is a crook and apparently stealing and taking advantage of people. thanks.Do not wish to see this place or this person again, very disappointing.
