Review: On 1/3/14, I met with the Clinic Director of the Chula Vista Family Health Center, [redacted], to obtain his assistance in resolving a complaint I had concerning the registered nurse at the clinic. As I procee**d to explain the situation, [redacted] became very offensive and interrupted me continually so that I was unable to explain the entire situation. During his rude and verbally aggressive interruptions he asked, "What are you going to do about it?", "What proof do you have?", "Who are you going to complain to?", "That's my colleague you're talking about!" [redacted] clearly did not want to hear about my experience which indicated to me that he did not value patient experiences. In essence, the Clinic Director, [redacted], did not want to help me resolve my issue. My friend, [redacted] A. [redacted], accompanied me that day and witnessed the interaction. Mr. [redacted] can be reached at (619)[redacted] for comment. Consequently, I submitted a complaint to the Board of Registered Nursing against the registered nurse at the site. I request a written apology from Clinic Director, [redacted], for his insensitive, rude, and unprofessional conduct.Desired Settlement: I request a written apology from Clinic Director, [redacted] for his unprofessional conduct that day.
