This business is owned and operated by Miguel Neavez. He does not have a business license and he advertise falsely. He is a fast talker , promise everything just to get your business. His workers are from Tijuana who came to work whenever they feel like it to work. The workers are unskilled. He does not supervise them so they did more damage in our yard. Both back and front ex: water leaking from the irrigation system, cracked concrete, etc. Did a lot of short cuts to save money on his behalf. His workers complained that he does not pay them right. Sometimes there are weeks that he doesn't pay them at all. He said the job will be done in three weeks but never happened. He gets your money and delivered a very lousy job. Everything he said was not delivered. After aImost two months of stress from him, my husband terminated him. I asked him to refund some money that I overpaid him but did not reply. It will cost us more money to fix the damage he and his worker did in our yard now. The front has to be redone almost everything because the job was not done right. There were people complained about his job too and they had the same bad experience with Miguel Neavez. I read also that he was arrested last February for conducting business without license and false advertisement. I hope others won't trust this guy and he should held responsible for his actions.
