I bought an used lly motor from these guys on December the I drove all the way from Tifton Ga which is a miles round trip only to find out I bought an used engine with blown head gaskets called the guys back up in feb called on the cell phone no answer just text mess back in forth but to make a long story short I just got the engine installed on the of febI went to pick up the truck that Friday when the mechanics gave me the bad news about my truck //// these guys told me sorry there's nothing we can do to help I haven't even put miles on this engine and they say sorry after I have for the engine in labor and another dollars for the trip there and back plus my time and around another for water pump oil coolant thermostats flush and other mis that hane cost me and this guys say they can't help they are a bunch of thieves be carful

I placed about $1k order (line items for a total parts) with Westside on 3/and given an estimated delivery date range 3/25-3/ By 4/nothing arrived & no updates so called customer service After a long 'on-hold' I was told WS was still waiting for delivery dates from their supplier to them (obviously they do not stock nor have available what is advertised on their site) They also said they WOULD NOT ship partial orders! Sales rep said would send update following Monday, heard back Tuesday saying one item was discontinued and would be taken off order and remainder shipped out the following Friday Later same day I get an email saying the whole order was cancelled and refunded I contacted the sales rep and asked what/why this was doneTheir response was they had no idea So here I am assuming I will have the items to complete the electrical on the new house I am building & now scrambling now at the last minute due to this companies incompetencyOnly good I can sa

I will never order from Westside Wholsale again Any potential savings were lost in wasted staff time trying to get an answer as to why I had not received my product after it was promised (a month and two weeks after it was ordered) I called them twice and emailed once I never recieved an answer to my email and on the phone I was given promises of delivery that never materialized Beware

Waited days to check on the delivery status after an e-mail from you guys said it had been shipped weeks agoLooked up the tracking number on UPS and it said the order was processed, but UPS hasn't received anything to shipI haven't received any e-mails to notify me of a back order or any excuseI finally got in touch with a nice lady that said "its in our warehouse, but was not picked up for delivery" (wasn't put it out for delivery?) I asked for expedited shipping at no cost to me due to the urgency on my customers end, she agreed and apologized for the mishap, saying "its rare for this to happen"I believe in second chances, so I will try again, but couldn't recommend to a friend just yet

Ordered a $electrical switch on 12-02- Waited weeksNo delivery, no update notices Called company, finally got through, didn't know why hadn't shippedI cancelled order They said my credit card would be refunded Has not yet been refunded as of 01-18- I nearly forgot about because in midst of remodelling Now I feel cheated and have to fight and take time to get my $back There are much better companies out there to deal with I will never order from this company again I don't recommend others to do online orders with this company By, by Westside wholesale!

Horrible company takes your money and never ships your items
Calls do not go through and email responses to problems go unanswered or they just send you something back that does not address your issueI will no longer be doing business with this companyI believe that they are very dishonest

Ordered nearly months ago - credit card charged that day
Still have not received item
Have never received e-mail or call about item being delayed
Customer service is appalling

Sloppy execution and uncaring customer service:
Placed an order for a pair of recessed trims and housings.Their warehouse put wrong parts into the box - some were correct ones , some were not - the point is you cannot use trims with the shipped housing
Shipped back the wrong ones, waited for the correct ones - they never arrived
Their sales guys are like robots - they talk all the time about their limitations and force you do all the extra work to fix their messExample - they cannot ship you the correct ones - customer has to resubmit the order again! Sales guys I dealt with are very firm, calm, uncaring - do not care you wasted your time - waiting for lights, running to post office, shipping the wrong parts back, calling them, listening to them explaining all their company rules, resubmitting new orders
Bottom line - several weeks after I am without the lights and have to pay for the shipment cost Avoid like a plague

Ordered a $83.29 electrical switch on 12-02-16. Waited 3 weeks. No delivery, no update notices. Called company, finally got through, didn't know why hadn't shipped. I cancelled order. I don't think this business stocks many items despite the name "wholesale". I placed an order for about seven electrical items such as wall plates, switches and receptacles. Some items were one each, and others were as high as 24 each. When I placed the order, there was no indication that anything was out of stock. I noticed that the ship date was 12 days ahead of the order date, even though the website says everything is normally shipped immediately. When I called a few days later, I was told that several items were on back order and will not be available for 2 to 3 weeks. When my credit card bill came, I noticed that I had already paid for the items, even though they don't even know when the items will be shipped. After more than two weeks I requested a cancellation because I found the items at other sellers at about the same price. I was told that it will take 10 business days to get my refund for this order that had not even begun to fulfill. This business cannot deliver!

I placed an order with Westside Wholesale on November 11, 2016. My items said they would ship the following business day on the website. Low and behold, I receive my order confirmation saying I wouldn't receive my items until November 25th. I sent two (2) emails to customer service plus a message through online chat (because no one was there over the weekend) inquiring about my order. Never received a response. It is not November 29th and I still did not receive my items nor receive a shipping confirmation. I contacted the business yet again and this time was told, "oh, your items are on backorder and won't be here until December 15th" - which is OVER A MONTH after I placed my order. I asked if they were planning to update me of my order status...apparently not. Needless to say, I've canceled my order and paid the extra $20 to order the same thing from [redacted] - since they'll deliver my items this week. The only price difference is the tax. Very poor communication. There is absolutely no reason a change in status should not be communicated with a customer and don't tell people to email your sales address if no one is going to respond. Incredibly bad business.
