I received kitchen cabinets on 3/**/and found defectives (chipped / paint was cracking) on shelves and inside of a cabinet; one of door could not close properly I called Jane and reported the issues on 3/**/ She told me not to worry because her company will send the service to my house to fix the issues later After received her verbal guarantee, I went to the store and paid for quartz countertop on 3/**/ The countertop was delivered on 4/*/2018, and I discovered it lost luster in some of areas, chipped at the edge, and the grout at the seam was not smooth I called Jane and wanted her to fix the issues asap She told me her company can only send the crew to buff the counter top However, the crew could not fix the issue and caused more scratches because they placed machines directly on the countertop I sent Jane pictures and asked her to send the crew back againShe rejected my request and wanted me to talk to the manager I called manager - Jordan several t
I am appalled at our experience with this business We hired them to measure, cut and install our kitchen counter It was a big job They sent someone to measure who didn't speak a word of EnglishNot a WORD When I called the office they ASSURED me that this would be done They show up with of the large pieces of quartz cut COMPLETELY wrongThey told us they would come back in a week? So my husband said you need to get this fixed today So they brought quartz to our apartment and cut it INSIDE the apartment They also scratched our brand new, still in the plastic fridge They destroyed our countertop We made a large island with a flush electric stove - there is an inch gap between the stove and the counter There is also a corner of the counter attached to a weight bearing column where there is 1/2' gap on one side and an ENTIRE inch on the other side The counter has excessive pencil marks on it that won't come off no matter how much we clean it It is SLOPPY it i
