My wife was sideswiped took our SUV to C.BThey took longer than they said to repair itThey called & said it was readyWhen we got there the molding & weather striping was not set...door had a bad rub...the door had a big dent in it...& still had a dent in the fenderThey didn't even check the repairs or the car when it was done to see if it was correct! The guy said well we can set the molding & fix the weatherstripBut we can't fix the rub, so I said what about the dent in the door & fender & he said "well sir it's not a new door & there was already a dent in the fender!" We had to leave it for another dayThe next day we went to pick it up & all was fixed except the door rubThe associate that helped us was very condiscending & rude, he treated us as if we completely oblivious to auto repairAt that point & time my wife shared with him that this is what my husband does & he quickly changed his tone & attitudeSo I got home I had adjust the latch to the striker myself because they don't know how to fix a door rubIn the past C.Btook longer than expected but at least you knew your car would be fixed properly...that's a thing of the past!!!!We will never let them touch our vehicles again I don't care what the arrangements they have with the insurance!
We received the referenced complaint today dated 06/27/16. We had already been in contact with both Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] regarding concerns to the repair of their 2008 Mercedes E350. On July 6th, we reviewed the Mercedes and adjusted the hood panel to the customers satisfaction. We...
