2017, A Job Well Done Again did go to Ms. [redacted]’s home to power wash her home. We had let her know, when the estimate was signed by both Ms. [redacted] and Mr. P[redacted], that the next rain day we would be there to power wash. We did try to contact her that morning, unsuccessfully. We did move and protect her decorations, allowing no damage to them. When it was brought to Mr. P[redacted]’s attention that the job was not done to her satisfaction and that there had been some damage done Mr. P[redacted] spoke with Ms. [redacted] and an agreement was reached. We continued to work on Ms. [redacted]’s home, but due to weather and sickness within the company, we have not had the man power or weather to be able to finish the project. Mr. P[redacted] has communicated daily with Ms. [redacted].Attached you will find the estimate that was agreed to and signed by both parties. As you can see the total amount charged was $4,350.00 with a $2,000.00 down payment. The project included both outside and inside work, with the inside work to be done in December 2017. A Job Well Done Again started the outside work only, which totals $1,390.00. We are still willing to work with Ms. [redacted] to come to a fair resolution. A Job Well Done Again is willing to finish the barn doors (except paint due to the cold temperature), and refund $1,000.00.Please let us know if this is a satisfactory resolution with Ms. [redacted] as soon as possible. I am rejecting this response because: Mr P[redacted] has not been in contact with me daily the last contact I had from him was November 14 to tell me he would be back the 15 he did not show up he did not contact me.. Attached is the damage his workers did to my home. From power washing, we never spoke of coming back to finish the power washing, in fact he told me it was the only job they had that day and they would complete it.Mr. P[redacted] showed up at my work to tell me that they were there working on the barn. I asked how he got in my backyard as I have a lock on my privacy fence .He told me they climbed fence and unscrewed the hasp.I was anticipating them doing the repairs from the damage done from the pressure washerThe barn doors are extremely inferior and not hung properly. I am getting a estimate for the repairs to my home and the barn. Per his note I have given him an opportunity to prove what he can do. I would like my 2 thousand dollars returned asap. I gave him an opportunity to correct his work and it has only gotten worse.
