Yes the store did try to call him soon after this incident occured and no answerI called him myself and no answerI left a voicemail with my direct contact # 0n 5-26 for him to reach me at so that I could follow up and resolve his issueHe called days later on 5-and left me a message
to email him rather than calling himI missed his call while I was on a flight traveling outside the state on businessI was having email issues so I responded to him by text message (which I still have on my phone) letting him know that the issues have been addressed at the store levelI apologized and let him know that we would make it right for him by either replacing his order or a give a full refundHe never responded again after thatWe take customer concerns very seriously and are always willing to make it right!

I have already previously stated that we would resolve by either replacing the order or provide a refund at the customers convenienceCustomer can go to any location and have the manager call me directly and I will instruct them to provide him with a refundCustomer also has my contact information as well
