Dear [redacted],
We are sorry to hear you have an issue with the consolidation program you signed up for. We strive to offer the best customer service possible, and do question the validity of your claim that you could not reach us for two weeks. We have records of attempting to call you numerous...

times  but you never pick up and do not have an active voicemail to leave a message.
According to the contract you signed, your program was supposed to be for 48 months, and you dropped out in three months. As it states in the contract, our ability to successfully eradicate your debt is based upon your ability to make your monthly payments. We had sent out cease and desist letters to your creditors and were in the process of negotiations just as you decided not to fulfill your contractual obligations.
As for your credit taking a hit, this is always disclosed, and furthermore, it is common knowledge that a debt consolidation program will have ramifications on your credit. We apologize that this fact escaped you, and do regret that we lost you as a client before we could show you the benefits of our program. We have a large multitude of happy clients that stuck with the program and would have liked to have included you as one of them.
We can offer you the $402.62 that remains in your dedicated account to close this matter, or we would be happy to re-enroll you back into the program for a 10% discount as a good faith gesture.
Thanks so much,
The Churchill Team

Dear [redacted] and [redacted], We did not find your name on our database, so that was why our research into this matter was inconclusive. What we did do was add your number to our internal do not call list. It is our policy to take consumer do not call requests very seriously as well as complaints about any of our agents. If it was one of our agents, we do apologize, but if it was one of our competitors, which has happened before on many occasions, then it's hard for us to respond in the proper manner with 100% certainty. The fact that this agent you spoke to was so quick to volunteer our address and information sounds suspicious. If the caller ID was our's, then we do apologize. As you state, the calls ceased once you sent us an email. It's possible whoever called you sensed he/she had enraged you to such a degree that you were likely to report our company. The fact is however, we do not have a record of calling you. This does not mean we do not take your complaint seriously, it just means it's hard for us to respond without all the info. If the calls do continue again, please let us know, as we will have to open up an investigation of our own. Best Regards, The Churchill Team

To Whom It May Concern. While Revdex.com complaints or postings typically address grievances or concerns of actual clients whose experience is derivative of our program/service, we will do our best to address this consumers concerns..... Firstly, we are not convinced it was our company that...

called, as the description and content of what this agent who theoretically works for Churchill stated is outside the ordinary verbalizations of our sales agents. Additionally, while making the leap of assumption that it was one of our agents, a simple "not interested" would have sufficed for us to remove this consumer from any outbound calling list an agent of ours might be dialing.  As recourse for this consumer, please email us at: [email protected] and we will be sure to remove your name from any future contact attempts.  Thank you! Churchill Team

Review: I worked with Churchill Credit Solutions, LLC. I had to quit my job due to health reasons and was unable to pay all my creditors. I had 4 creditors that Churchill guaranteed me that worked with them. 3 of the creditors did, however [redacted] refused to work with Churchill. I received disability and wanted to pay my creditors off as fast as I could. I was told by my customer service representative, [redacted] (after numerous phone calls) that [redacted] would not work with them and to take the settlement offer that [redacted] sent directly to me. I did that. I noticed in my statement that Churchill had taken a payment of close to $1,500 and annotated in the notes it went to [redacted]. [redacted] never received any money from Churchill. When I asked Churchill where the money went to it took them literally months to research. Finally, fed up, I called and demanded an explanation. [redacted] now tells me that I was the one who decided to take [redacted]'s offer and therefore would not be receiving the money back, which he said was a fee for them working with [redacted]. They never did work with [redacted] and I didn't understand how they could justify keeping that money. [redacted] offered to give me back $500.00. I still have yet to see that money in my account and I have left NUMEROUS messages which calls have not been returned. I received an email from Churchill saying that they would give me the $500.00 back only if I agree not to discuss, comment on, or disclose any information relating to my case and was given 14 days to sign and send it back. I have not signed anything and calls on this matter go unanswered.Desired Settlement: I want the money back that Churchill took to take my case to [redacted] $1,495.00. They did nothing with [redacted], other than to find out [redacted] did not work with them. It is unfair of them to keep this money for doing nothing.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

We are sorry that an issue has arisen with our company. We take pride in doing a good job for our clients and regret the rare occasion that a problem arises. According to our records we were able cancel out over $21000 of your debt at a significant reduction to your balance (approx 50%).

With regards to [redacted], arbitration was dealing with them directly when you went and struck a deal with them by yourself, thereby undercutting the work we had already put into the process and violating the terms of our contact with you. We understand that you were eager to settle the last card you had left in the program, but the process by which it was done was outside the lines of our agreement.

That said, we take client satisfaction very seriously, and would like to offer to settle our differences with an offer of $600 paid to you by Churchill. This way you are out of debt completely, and you receive a partial refund as a gesture of good faith.

Please let us know if you accept our offer and best of luck in the future.

Sincerely,

The Churchill team.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

We have done everything we could do within good reason to keep you calm and satisfied. You have been harassing our company's representatives with your drunk phone calls and abusing them verbally with excessive use of profanity and insults. You also missed four out of your first seven payments to our program, rendering us almost completely unable to do any work on your behalf aside from the first settlement we just got you and the second we were about to finalize before you called in intoxicated.

All fees were earned. The only thing we can offer you is the ability to rejoin the program assuming you pledge to make all your payments every month and also promise not to dial our company while intoxicated. Frankly, you cannot speak to people that way. If you were nicer we would still have a good working relationship.

Review: On January **, 2015 I called and spoke with my represenative and told him that I have filed bankruptcy and want my account closed immediately. I told him that I can't afford to have any more money taken out of my personnel checking account. He acknowledged this and told me he would let his supervisor know this.

I then called again on Monday 1.**.15, as I saw nothing was done and that my account was still active. I asked him if he got my urgent email and he acted like he had not gotten it, I know he did as it was confirmed on my end that it was read. I told him again that I can not afford to have money taken out of my personnel account. he then told me it was already in process.

I have emailed daily, urgent, with not one response from my emails. Again I need my account closed and what is left in my account sent back to me in a check form, as I am going to change my personnel checking account ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want Churchill Debt Settlement to close my account NOW and no later. I also want my money back NOW that is in the account.

Review: I was approached via phone about debt consolidation/restructuring with Churchill. After speaking to the representative I agreed and they sent me the contract along with the amount of money that they would need from me every [redacted] of every month. Once they received the first payment, I started getting calls from creditors. I was told initially that after a couple of weeks these calls would cease but they did not. Creditors continued to call about payment and told me that no one had contacted them about the debt consolidation/restructuring. I tried to contact Churchill for two weeks straight before they even returned my call. Then the story had changed and I was told that my credit would suffer, something I wasn't told before, while negotiations were being made and that if I decided to cancel that I would have to pay them for the next 6 months anyway. So I continued to pay but when I would try to contact them with questions, no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. To this day I still have not heard from them and that was about three months ago. I have sense ceased payment.Desired Settlement: Because they neglected to provide the service they advertised and damaged my credit history, I think that they should return the funds that I paid to them. I also would like to warn others not to use their service because I feel that they are a rip off.
