We follow the TAA Lease contract and anyone that vacates prior to the end of their lease term is charged certain fees in which they are aware of. Due to the confidentiality with this legal and binding contract we cannot state certain information but would and be more than willing to discuss this...
with our prior resident. If damages are made we document them and charge according to what is or is not written on their move in inspection form. If damages are charged it is due to no documentation at time of move in is listed. This resident came in and was notified that we would be adjusting balance due and was given the new statement on the same day as stated in his complaint. The resident was also informed that we would not be sending him to collections at this time and that the account would be reviewed with the manager on his damages. We feel this is being very proactive and not neglecting his concerns. No email to the manager or request to discuss further with the Regional Manager was asked by this resident and had they requested such this complaint could have been avoided in our eyes. Adjustment will be made by end of the month to his account online as it is not done from our local office and was sent for adjustment that day. We would be happy to discuss his concern as well as review his account for him or with him. We encourage him to reach out to [redacted] to speak with our onsite Property Manager that can further assist him in getting his concerns written in this complaint resolved.
